Building Code Review Committee
Mission
To review the master plan, the subdivision control ordinance, the zoning ordinance, and the residential building code of Ogden Dunes for necessary or desirable changes and report recommendations to the plan commission.
Meetings
The Building Code Review Committee meets monthly. Please check the Public Event Calender for official meeting dates and locations.
Members
The Building Code Review Committee is made up of ten members. Terms of office are set at one year. No political affiliation rule applicable to the Building Code Review Advisory Committee for Ogden Dunes.
- Three members are appointed by the Town Council
- Two members are from the Town Council
- Two members are appointed by the Plan Commission
- Two members are appointed by the Board of Zoning Appeals
- One member is the Building Commissioner for Ogden Dunes
