This chart below is a very common and typical chart that triggers a Water Department Leak Alarm. It is normal to have at least 3 to 4 residents in town with this issue at any given time. From past experience, 95%+ of the time chart like this is the result of a toilet bowl stopper hanging up or not sealing properly. Something as minor as this can result in a loss of 10 to 20 gallons of water per hour. Water is a precious commodity and none of us like to waste it so please do what you can if you have a similar issue.  It is usually a very inexpensive repair.
