Pay Your Home Association Dues

ODHA is excited to announce that we now have an online registration service for membership.

Click here to register. Payment is via Debit & Credit Card. There is no charge to pay online. You can still pay via check at town hall. Cash is no longer excepted as a form of payment.

Membership is $125.00 which includes one parking pass. Additional passes are available for a discounted rate of $50.00 for ODHA Members.

Please Note: Residents can pick up beach parking passes from Town Hall after April 15th.

Residents, we are aware that there is growing pains with changing processes that have been the same for years can be challenging. We appreciate your patience while we are continuing to fine tune the processes. These are the reasons why we made the change. We talked about these at our annual meeting, which was on Monday, April 22, 2024.

• Payments:
  • 6 different forms of payment was too difficult to tract. We had Paypal, Zelle, Chase Pay, Cash, Credit Card and Check.
  • Not knowing what payments were for. We would get checks dropped in our mailbox with no form filled out and amounts would not match any of the fees.
  • Streamlining payments for additional parking stickers. They can pay for everything at once. Residents have to purchase additional parking stickers directly from the town. With offering the additional parking passes, we take care of paying the town for the additional parking passes. This way residents do not have to pay multiple times.
  • People would write checks out to the town instead of ODHA.
• Tracking:
  • All of this was done manually via an excel spreadsheet. This took 4-6 hours weekly and the new system greatly saves time for us.
  • Had issues with residents saying they paid but we never received any form or payment.
