Ogden Dunes is recognized as an Indiana Bird Town

The Environmental Advisory Board (ODEAB) is pleased to announce that Ogden Dunes has been recognized as an Indiana Bird Town. An opening ceremony will be held at Pollywog Pond Saturday, May 18th at 11 am, parking provided. Executive Director of Indiana Audubon, Brad Bumgardner, will attend along with members of ODEAB, town officials, and ODHA Board Members.

Designation as a Bird Town reflects a commitment to learning and sharing information about the unique ecology of the Indiana Dunes and how enhancing biodiversity for birds and other wildlife can improve the quality of life for everyone.
